i booked a room with a good bed, climate control, multi-channel tv and coffee/tea making machines. had private bathroom with all essentials. also, location was good, not too far away from chalai market.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were inefficient.

Fine family-friendly place, it has favourable location just next door to major tourist attractions like Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Napier Museum and Sri Padmanabha swamy temple and the airport.

The hotel had amiable staff and incredibly comfortable rooms. We truly enjoyed the early check-in and smooth check-out. Moreover, we could park the car on site. I would definitely recommend this place and come back.

This hotel offers a convenient location near the famous temple, making it easy to explore the area. the breakfast is delicious and provides a great start to the day. the room is spacious and offers a stunning view of the surroundings. the leisure facilities here are perfect for backpackers like us, and we especially loved the fitness center and pool.

I spent Christmas at a hotel with great complementary breakfast and courteous staff. the location was ideal as it was just a short walk from both the bus and train stations, and many tourist sites were within walking distance. I also appreciated the quiet nights which allowed me to have uninterrupted sleep.

Although the hotel was generally satisfactory, I found the room amenities to be lacking as there were no toiletries provided and the room did not have a mini fridge. There was also no room service available during the night which made it difficult for me to get a snack when I felt hungry.

The hotel staff were cordial and attentive, making for a great check-in experience. We also appreciated the complementary water bottles and the prime location close to the train station. the room was decently sized for a small family.

We found several aspects of the hotel to be disappointing. The washrooms lacked tubs or curtains, which resulted in a constant problem of the floors being wet.

The hotel is in an ideal location with cooperative staff. The Pazhavangadi Ganapathy Temple is located just 1 mile from the hotel. The breakfast offered a wide range of food options and everything was outstanding. I would definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

I recently had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Thiruvananthapuram. The staff, especially the General Manager, Maneesh Babu, went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful hotel experience. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the shopping area, train station, and not too far from the airport. Additionally, the chef was kind enough to prepare non-spicy food for me, which was much appreciated.

While my stay was overall fantastic, it would have been more convenient to have a better car parking area. Nonetheless, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every other aspect.
